I just signed up with Nuffnang this afternoon, so I'm interested to see both good and bad feedback from other bloggers that have been dealing with them for a little while now.

In an effort to be part of their 'glitterati' I've put my Adsense advertising on hold, I'll be interested to see if I'm added to the 'glitterati' listing...and if that actually adds up to anything.

Hi AhWee,

Thanks for your feedback on your experience on Nuffnang Australia.

In launching Nuffnang into Australia back in November 2008, we have since grown to over 1000 bloggers. As with any growth, we have experienced challenges like you have mentioned above.

In the last 3 months, we have taken steps to eradicate these issues and have since doubled the size of our team.

We now have a full time account manager to educate and bring on new clients for Nuffnang bloggers which have seen high profile clients like Redken, John West, Leggos, Coles, Red Balloon, ANZ, Perkler, etc.

We have also engaged a community manager from one of Australia's biggest bloggers to help communicate better with our community. Our new site has aimed to service our blogging community better too.

Our help desk team is now managed in Australia and all queries are responded in a timely manner depending on the complexity of the query. Eg. uploading codes into blogs, etc.

And to stress on timely payment, since the launch of Nuffnang into Australia, your experience in the time it took to receive payment is the first for us. Payments to our hundreds of bloggers have not shared your unfortunate experience. We suspect that Australia Post was responsible for the lost mail and once brought to our attention, as you said, we rectified your concerns within 2 days.

We strive to build the biggest & most love community for all bloggers in Australia. We look forward to building a lasting relationship and hope this Aus Post hiccup is a once off experience for you.

Cheers,
Nuffnang team
