yes i agree that sleeping without a dream is a waste of time, but you cant also control of your dream, dream is really really amazing

actually i am sleepy now, we need to sleep to re-fuel our body and mind. yes, i agree that dream is a gift of God which help us also decide.

Not to be bad or anything but i can’t agree with this post.
well, from a young age i have been watching loads of horror movies. And everytime i dream there is surely something waiting to scare me. I would wake up groggy and that will be me for the whole day.

I also love and hate sleeping both at the same time, I love it because yeah you get refreshed and you are in a comfortable zone. I hate it because I am not doing work, etc, lol.
